At Avani Derm Spa, our aesthetic services in St. Louis are catered to each patient’s cosmetic goals. During your complimentary consultation at one of our three convenient locations, you’ll meet with an expert esthetician trained by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Mike Nayak.
After carefully reviewing your medical history and allergies, we will study your symptoms and listen to your cosmetic goals. Then, a treatment plan can be created that might include one or more of the following aesthetic services:
Microblading
Microblading is the process of giving a patient fuller, thicker eyebrows by adding pigment just below the skin. Minor cuts are made using a tool containing a cluster of tiny needles, allowing us to insert your chosen pigment color.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive way to remove dead skin cells, peach fuzz, minor acne scars, and other blemishes for a deep skin cleaning. During a dermaplaning session, a sterilized blade is gently moved across the skin to exfoliate the top layer (epidermis), allowing the body to replace it with a newer, more vibrant one. Once the dermaplaning process is complete, your provider may apply additional aftercare products.
Facials

- Avani’s Essentials – One of our customized approaches, Avani’s Essential Facial involves a combination of products as well as dermaplaning and microdermabrasion.
- Avani’s Express Facial – If you’re in a hurry, skip the mask and massage and stick to microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and a light peel.
- Teen Facial – It’s never too early to start learning about the importance of skincare. The Teen Facial includes a personalized skin evaluation and help with cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, and more!
- Men’s Facial – Men also deserve to look and feel their best. The Men’s Facial involves a cleanse, exfoliation, and moisturization but also help with shaving irritation and ingrown hairs.
